Toilets not within the tenant space

For WE Prerequisite 1 and WE credit 1, should toilets that are not within the tenant space be included in the calculations? If not, how do we complete the online form as it marks incomplete when the first table is left empty?

If they are not in the space they are not in the scope of the prerequisite. Reading LEEDuser's guidance above will provide some useful orientation to this issue.
