Our project space occupies a majority of the building, however the only other tenant space is unoccupied. Is Path 7 - Light Pollution Reduction possible? The landlord may be amenable to including LEED credit requirements in the lease for the unoccupied tenant space. Would this satisfy the credit requirements if a copy of the lease was provided? I'm assuming this approach wouldn't work for Path 10 - Water Use Reduction as there is no way to know the future occupancy profiles of the space. Please advise.
