Is my site previously developed?

What exactly does LEED mean by residential neighborhood or area?

i have a commercial interior building that lies in an office park with a lot of landscaped areas , can this be considered as the park as one of the 10 basic services surrounding the building ? also beside the building, there is a natural reserve , can it be considered as a park ?

Soha, I don't think an open vegetated area would be accurately described as a park, for this purpose.
