Invoices

I would like to know how we must prove GBCI about materials cost. We are requesting our contractor to provide the following for steel rebars: 1. Signed letter from manufacturer about extraction and manufacturing point 2. All invoices to prove the cost for steel rebars Will this be sufficient? Does GBCI actualli ask you to provide a copy of all invoices when submitting information for construction review?

You should not have to provide invoices to prove cost for this credit, only cut sheets to prove product attributes.
