Purchasing for our organization takes place in the LEED-EBOM project building, but not all durable goods that are purchased end up being used there. Should we include all of the purchases in MRc2?

(this question is for 2.1 electric-power equipment) Does the use of an efficient hand dryer contribute to this or other credits? The company claims contribution to credits of Energy performance, and solid waste management... Seems to me that for Energy performance is not applicable. But for electric power equipment could be..

I don't think an electric hand dryer would meet any of the credit criteria, i.e., there is no Energy Star standard for them—so no.

Hello, I've just found couple of Blue Angel certified hand dryers - Machflow® M09 (600W version), Dualflow Plus® M14 (900W version) and Saniflow® (750W version). Since Blue Angel is acceptable under Europe ACP in leu of EnergyStar, such hand dryers can contribute to MRc2.1, I guess.
