Hello, My question concerns the topic of Watts per luminaire. I am to determine how many Watts there are per luminaire. I recieved technical advice from the USGBC, "Ensure that the watts per luminaire accounts for the total fixture power including that for ballast." Can someone please explain how to do this? Assume the ballast is electronic.
