We are working on a winery project with an above ground winery building and connected underground wine storage caves. Should we included the underground caves in our building footprint calculations for the amount of restored area required?

Kevin, if the area above those caves is essentially open green space and not hardscape, then I would probably not count it. But it's kind of a gray area.
