Our project is a bed-and-breakfast with guest rooms that are conditioned using PTHP units. A VRF system conditions the common areas with a DOAS that uses a chiller and hot water boiler. There is also an electric heater in the crawl space since there is mechanical equipment located there. So my baseline system would be System #1-PTAC. I would use that to model all spaces, including the VRF spaces and the crawl space? Does Appendix G only allow for one baseline system?

See section G3.1.1 and apply any exceptions. If none apply then there is only one baseline system.
