ID credit for collaborative workstations

I was informed about a project that is pursuing an ID point based on using colaborative workstations and conference rooms, that promote interaction and use less space that conventional plans, thus conserving resources and leasable footprint requirements.......... Has anyone ever heard of this?

Stacey, I have not heard of this, but that doesn't meant it hasn't been tried.... I'll ask around.
