no minimum local zoning regulations

What if there are no minimum local zoning regulations regarding number of parking spaces? In that case, is it enough to provide preferred places for carpools?

What if there are no local zoning requirements but tenant has still rented some parking spaces? Will this be considered exceeding minimum zoning requirements?

Adam. I am in the same situation - there is no local zoning code for parking, so I am planning on just providing enough preferred spaces for carpools. Did you submit your project with this intent, if so, what was the outcome? Thanks

I fall under the same situation - no zoning requirements related to parking. Do we need to refer to the ITE study like we do in NC or is just noting that there isn't a requirement and providing the carpool stalls enough?
