How many points can a project achieve from Regional Priority credits?

Can a project receive a point for Exemplary Performance for a credit as well as a point if that credit is also a Regional Priority credit?

My project does not have a zip code because it is not located in the U.S. Can the project still apply for Regional Priority credits?

1 Additional Bonus Point for earning all 4 RPCs

Hi, I wanted to understand if it is possible to earn 1 additional bonus points, if the project has earned all 4 points under the RPCs. or is the interpretation of earning only a maximum 4 RPCs correct. Thank you Nandana

I think the wording on the USGBC site is quite confusing. However, they are otherwise quite clear that you can earn a maxinum of four RPc1 points, and no more.
