EBOM-2009 RPc1:Regional Priority

Bonus point for the Regional Priority Credits

We browsed the USGBC website for Regional Priority Credits outside US in the following link: www.usgbc.org/DisplayPage.aspx?CMSPageID=2435 It is mentioned that earning up to four of the six credits in a project's location will earn a project one bonus point toward LEED certification under the LEED 2009 rating systems. Looking for more insight on how to add this in a total awarded points.

The wording on the USGBC site is quite confusing. However, they are otherwise quite clear that you can earn a maxinum of four RPc1 points, and no more.
