Concrete pre or post consumer

I would like to know how you can consider a concrete which has returned to the production plant without being used in the construction. Can be a residue pre or post consumer? Thanks.

Hi Albert,That concrete should be counted as preconsumer. I think of it as analogous to magazines that were distributed to stores but never sold, and returned to the printer. Those are also considered preconsumer because they never reached their end-user or served their intended function.
