We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?

Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?

Toilet Scope

If our client who own the entire building would like to do the fitout for only 1 floor. The toilet is out of fitout scope. The client would like to get LEED CI certified. Is the project eligible to be exempt from WEp1?

Hi Sompoche, LEED-CI projects without plumbing in their scope of work are exempt from WEp1.
