CI-2009 WEp1: Water Use Reduction—20% Reduction
If our client who own the entire building would like to do the fitout for only 1 floor. The toilet is out of fitout scope.
The client would like to get LEED CI certified.
Is the project eligible to be exempt from WEp1?

LEED-CI projects without plumbing in their scope of work are exempt from WEp1.
