I'm working on a project with a government client who has opted to share infromation via Option 1, however are very perplexed as to why they are required to submit this additional form because they beleive it to all be in Energy Star. My question is-because the authorization form is an added measure of security for USGBC. are they able to exempt from this since GSA will not be going anywhere or changing management hands? Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

Katherine, I have heard that GBCI will work with government agencies on specific issues like this. I would contact them directly.

Actually GBCI customer service has no fix for the loss of the release form and ability to upload it. Unless you pay some big fee for special access or are part of one of the special architect firms who have direct contact with GBCI teams.
What I'd like is to find if anyone still has that form saved electronically as mine have gone missing (shared paper format with a client and it is lost in space).
