CS-2009 IDc2:LEED Accredited Professional

IDc2

Is it possible to achieve one more point in the IDc2, if the LEED Accredited Professional is also a BREEAM AP? Thank you!

Jens, there is only one point allotted to this credit, and Exemplary Performance is not available. So simply on that basis, the answer would be "no."

Hello Tristan, how about IDc1.5? Is it possible to achieve compliance in Innovation as BREEAM AP?

No, an innovation credit has to cover a topic not already addressed in the LEED rating system. Since credentialing is addressed in IDc2, and is not eligible for EP, it would not be a viable path for any part of IDc1.I would suggest taking things further and going for a Pilot Credit in Integrative Design.

I believe the BREEAM AP credential could qualify for an ID credit based on the following document "Recognition of Third Party Personnel Credentials and Certifications in LEED" requirements (BRE training programs are already meet ISO standards) but it has to go through the LEED Interpretation process.

Good morning, we have submitted this credit in the design review, but in the Design Final Review Decision the status is "ready for review" and not attempted/anticipated like the others. Can you tell me why? thanks a lot
