natural ventilation in underground parking?

Hello, is it possible to aim the credit IEQc5 if a project doesn't have a mechanical ventilation in the underground parking (UP)? We have a governmental approval for a natural ventilation in the UP. The excess pressure from the building to the UP is 5Pa and the distance of the shafts to the building is according to the LEED requirements. Is it possible to achieve points in this credit? Thank you!

Jens, I am not sure what part of this credit you're concerned about? I don't see anything in this credit that precludes your approach.
