I chose option 1 of SSC4 but the building is Located in Guadalajara Mex. Do I have to consider "LEED MY 2000–2012 Low Emission Vehicles — comprehensive list of MY 2000 to MY 2011 vehicles that scored 40 and above in our rankings", or the list of low Emission Vehicles that concerns to Mexican energy efficiency polices "Ecovehículos"?

Milton, since there is not an alternative compliance path here for projects outside the U.S., I would think you would need to follow the U.S. LEV requirements.
