Water feature pumps

We are designing a dry water feature on a campus app guide project. The pumps will be on a limited schedule. How will the pumps be factored into the energy credit? thanks for your help

If they are included within the project boundary they need to be included in the models. The pump energy would be considered process and therefore identical in both models. What is a dry water feature? Just curious.

Dry water fixture has water in storage and runs only upon demand. Ours is a sloped basin with "water tricks." Water does not pool; immediately runs back to storage for recycling.
