precertification cost

Does the fee for Precertification apply to the full certification, if this is done later? It looks like precertification will cost us $3250, whereas full certification would be $2250. Is the $2250 applied in addition to the precertificatiopn fee, for a total of $5500? http://www.gbci.org/main-nav/building-certification/certification-guide/leed-for-core-and-shell/submit-application/cert-fees.aspx

Lawrence, you should check with GBCI on this, but the way I read it and would guess, there is no overlap in those fees. Both fees are assessed independently.
