Thermosetting Plastic Flooring

A question regarding Thermosetting plastic flooring, how and when do we measure the VOC content? In the different components or in the whole product. When we apply it or when it's finish? Thanks in advance

Tanja, you're looking for a VOC content level provided by the manufacturer for the product. You're not going to measure it yourself either when you apply it, or later.
