CS-2009 EAc4:Enhanced Refrigerant Management

District Cooling - Free Cooling

Dear all, Our building is supplied with cold water from a DES. The DES consists of scroll compressors, centrifugal chillers and free cooling from a river. Am I allowed to incldue the free cooling in my EAc4 calculations, so that I fill out the form with HVAC equipment type "other" and refrigerant "none". (since free cooling uses water which has no impact). - Or am I supposed to do the calculation only for all equipment with refrigerants? Thank you for your help!
