Our engineer used the net SF for this calculation instead of the gross SF which matches the PI forms. I know this will be a red flag, but does anyone know if this will be acceptable? Will he have to recalculate with the gross?

Our energy models always seem to end up with a slightly different SF than that use in the PI forms. On the Minimum Energy Performance template, there is a little check box that you can click if they don't match up exactly. Its never caused us any problems in review.

The flag is triggered at a greater than 5% differential. If it is more than that provide a narrative explanation.
