LEED 2009 Design Review Submittal

Hello. Our project is registered under NC 2009 for a split review. We are ready to submit for the Design Review. However due to a series of delays in documenting the LEED design credits, the building is now complete and occupied. I understand we are supposed to submit design phase credits before substantial completion. As this is no longer possible, can anyone tell me what our options are now? Thanks.

Contact GBCI and state that you want to change it to a combined submission. I would call, not send an email with this issue. Should be pretty easy to do.

You can change the form of submission in LEED online. Go to the timeline and change it there to combined review.
