Total project budget

Hello, I am currently completing LEED CS Pl form2 and I was wondering if the cost of the land must be included in the total budget of the project? Thanks

Michael, I could be wrong but I don't think this is typically included.

Michael,The total project budget, as I understand it, is from the Architect's perspective. With that in mind, no the cost of land should not be included.

Hi, what about equipment costs, e.g. production lines in a manufacuring facility. Would they need to be included?
