We have a building that is not pursuing EQ3.1 because they're having trouble getting some tenants who use their own cleaning contractor on board with the building's approach. Is it still possible to achieve EQ3.2 ? As part of the cleaning audit, they still plan to audit tenant spaces, however some of these spaces (over 10%) are cleaned by a separate contractor who is not necessarily adhering perfectly to their green cleaning policy.
