We are working on a project for LEED-CI. It falls under the Case 1, Option 1 but we do not get the 5% preferred parking closest to the main entrance because the landlord has control over that and we cannot get those spaces. I have a 2 part question that deals with the note "1" at the bottom of the page, more specifically the discounted parking passes. We wanted to know if there is a minimum the discount needs to be and is there a length of time these need to be in effect? 2nd, if our clients are trying achieve this credit because of this, and they do not initially have enough interest in car/vanpooling, can they achieve this credit if they have a plan in place to implement once they DO have enough interest.
