Has anyone used the Tenant Lease Agreement compliance path for glare control in LEED CS projects where the automated shades are being required by the developer but provided by the tenant?

Sarah, I could be wrong, but I think that since IEQc8.1 is not listed in CS Appendix 4, this approach could not contribute to this credit.

Sarah or Tristan - Were you able to verify this approach to push the installation of automated shades onto the tenant via the Tenant Lease Agreement? I am looking at this for v4 and could not find a document similar to v2009 CS Appendix 4.

I'm looking for the same answer as Adam here and under the v4 pages. It has come up on several of my v4 projects, so I'm surprised it hasn't been asked/answered here. Any updates from anyone? I'll post on the v4 page, too.
