EBOM-2009 WEc4:Cooling Tower Water Management

One Conductivity Meter for Multiple towers

On our project building there is only one system meter. All cooling towers are interconnected with a single header which is monitored by the conductivity meter. Will this configuration be acceptable for this credit or does USGBC require separate meters for each tower? Thanks for the help!
