Laura, I am not aware of any shorter deadline that is enforced. I think you found the right info.

How much time do we have to submit for final construction review? We have received back our preliminary construction review and we are working on our response but hopefully there is no cut of date for final construction submittal. Please let us know. Thank you Lee Dingemans

If you click on "help" at the top. Go to "Navigating Projects in LOv3". Then go to "First: Project Registration &Set-Up". Then click on "Timeline Options & Dates". There you will find flow charts with timeline durations. To answer your question, you have 25 business days to issue your response. Off the record, and personal opinion, I can't imagine GBCI denying you LEED certification if you go a little over 25 business days. Good luck.
