We are preparing the LEEd for a Stadium in Spain and I have a doubt with the conditioned areas. The level -2 is conditioned and the level -1 (parking) is unconditioned...which is the U-factor we have to archive for the ceiling? The level 1 is conditioned and the level 0 and 2 are unconditioned (are the corridors of the stadium with open facade), the same question, which is the U-factor we have to archive for ceilings and floor? Thanks

Since level 2 is conditioned the Floors values in the Section 5 tables apply to the floor as part of the thermal envelope. All thermal envelope components exposed to the exterior or unconditioned space must meet the U-factor requirements for those components. Define the thermal envelope and meet (or better yet, exceed) the U-factors required.

Thank you...that was my doubt. The Spanish law distinguish between envelope and spaces in contact with unconditioned spaces.

The table says that the U-Facto for the ceiling is 0,027 that is huge valor for the city of Bilbao (Spain), is there any way for justify a higher valor?

The U-factors are not mandatory so you do not have to meet them prescriptively.
