Hi everyone I would like to know if a mix-use office/retail/ warehouse complex can apply for EBOM. I know that each of the buildings on the site need to apply for certification individually, so the exact question would be if a wharehouse building can apply for a EBOM certification. Diego, I don't see any reason that a warehouse could not apply for EBOM. Does it comply with the minimum occupancy rates outlined in MPR#5?
