Mine says "Temporarily Disabled" for the certified projects -- hopefully this is just a software update. Seems to indidate that access might return in the future?

I did notice that the message had changed later in the day. I also received a response from my email directly to the GBCI about this. Their response:
"As you have observed, some changes have been made to project teams’ LEED-Online v2 access that has effectively eliminated access to all credit forms and uploaded documentation for those projects that had already accepted certification. This abrupt discontinuation of service was due to a immediate security threat. Please accept our sincere apologies for not notifying you sooner, and know that we recognize that project teams should have access to their submittal information post-certification. We are working diligently to restore this access while not compromising system integrity and expect this functionality to return – albeit with some new limitations – mid-April.
Thanks for your understanding"

While appreciate the need for addressing an "immediate security threat" what do I tell a client who expects hard copies of final credit templates and attachments ( contractual obligation!)? From the response above it would at best uncertain what degree of functionality will return by "mid-April". Another example of poor performance of USGBC undermining the credibility of LEED Project Admininstrator.

Anybody hear an update to this issue? April has come and gone, and still can't get access to an old project for a client.

Around mid-April I was able to access documentation on our certified projects again. I haven't checked all of them. The only function that appears to be removed so far is the ability to edit project details on the "Project Summary" page.

Jamie, thanks for following up and letting us know.
I still can't get access to any of the project documentation that I wanted to look at on a particular job, but I'll hope that they are moving through the system and updating projects to be "re-accessed." I'll wait a little while and see what happens in the next few weeks.

Well, it looks like this same problem is creeping back into our recently certified projects again. First, it was denying access to credit documentation to all team members except the Project Administrator. Now, I cannot access documentation on projects in which I am the Project Administrator. So frustrating! GBCI/USGBC - will you please make up your mind??!
We NEED access to credit documentation we've already generated in order to use our experience from past projects on current/future projects.

Was finally able to get access after requesting the files and then waiting a few weeks for them to be posted as one downloadable .ZIP file. Good luck everyone!
