ComCheck is not an energy modeling software, so won't be on the list. We (Mechanical Engineers) use it as a tool for making sure we meet the mandatory requirements of ASHRAE 90.1-2007. We request it from the Architect and Electrical for the LEED EA prerequisite template. We don't submit it, but simply use it as a means for verification. It's free and a very useful tool in listing the mandatory requirements of 90.1. Our State building officials require it on all state reviewed projects, so we are filling it out anyway for them. Hope this helps.
