Contacting GBCI via LEED Online is the right move. There is no unlocked version of the spreadsheet that I know of. I assume you're looking at the most recent edition?As you have probably noticed, the credits are similar or the same for many zipcodes that are bordering each other, so if you are familiar with the state and can pick out some similar zipcodes I'll bet you can guess at least 4 out of 6.
