Yes that is correct. As long as you can show the necessary savings individual prescriptive requirements can be exceeded. There are no requirements for modeler experience to submit modeling results to GBCI, at least not yet.

Thank you Marcus, although the question was if one can fall behind an individual prescriptive requirement as long as the energy savings are achieved?
