It’s difficult to understand the problem without seeing your actual Credit Form, but my guess is that it’s one of two things - something is checked that shouldn’t be (thus triggering the error message) or there is a kink in the Form. If you feel that there is a problem with the Form, there is an area on the Credit Information tab where you can provide feedback to the GBCI regarding the issue (in the Quick Links box click on ‘Feedback’).
