Upload requires WEP1-1 which is a plumbing fixture & fitting schedule.
We cannot complete this document since fixtures will be provided under tenant fitout. I've checked special circumstances under additional details and indicated this in the tenant & lease agreement box.
I've marked it as "complete" but it keeps telling me that documentation does not fully meet the requirements, I assume because of this attachment. Does this mean that we do not meet the credit?

It’s difficult to understand the problem without seeing your actual Credit Form, but my guess is that it’s one of two things - something is checked that shouldn’t be (thus triggering the error message) or there is a kink in the Form. If you feel that there is a problem with the Form, there is an area on the Credit Information tab where you can provide feedback to the GBCI regarding the issue (in the Quick Links box click on ‘Feedback’).
