We are prohibiting smoking on the entire school property. The LEED Online template v3 prompts "Provide evidence of signage communicating the exterior smoking policy. Drawing(s) with signage details or photos are acceptable." The written smoking policy states that it "shall require the posting of signs as required by R.C. 3794.06..." Are drawings of the sign still needed, or will this written smoking policy be enough to satisfy the prereq?

I think the requirement is asking you to go a bit further, i.e. provide some evidence of the actual signage.
