This could contribute to an Exemplary Performance point under the alt. transportation credits (SSc3 in LEED-CI), but you could have to implement, in the words of the Reference Guide, a "comprehensive transportation mangement plan" leading to "quantifiable" reduction in personal automobile use.I would say that teleconferencing could contribute to that, but "comprehensive" in LEED usually means more than one strategy being employed.
