Just a suggestion...if you are going to leave it out of your calculations, be prepared to defend your position on it's use. Some reviewers can be tough, so having a narrative prepared would be a good idea.
Some reviewers are taking the stance that any room where work is performed is considered a "Regularly Occupied Space" per the handbook's definition. The amount of time spent in these spaces is irrelavant to them.
