No, any such declaration would be reflected in the MPRs and MPR supplemental guidance. There have been LEED-certified parking garages.

Well, you'll need to meet it through one of the established methods. Probably enegy modeling.

I would be worried about meeting IEQp1. Please review the requirements there and post to that forum or the EAp2 forum with specific questions.

I have a new C&S office building with a seperate multilevel garage next to it on the same site, serving the parking needs for the office building. Should i include the garage with the office for certification or should i leave the garage and certify only the office. Whats the advantage/disadvantage to include or exclude?

Were you planning to certify the office building. Simply from an environmental standpoint, there would be much more benefit to doing that than just the parking garage. Also, it will be tricky to certify the parking garage on its own. So I would recommend combining them into one LEED project.

If you want the parking garage to be certified, I think you'll save money and time by including it with the office building. You may have to, anyway, to satisfy LEED's Minimum Program Requirements (MPRs).
