Not exactly, no. All of the topics you mentioned are covered by regular (not Innovation) LEED-EBOM credits, so there is not a rationale for getting Innovation credit for them. However, doing the things you mention will only help you when it comes time to earn those credits.Feel free to post back with more specific questions.
