we've established our fixture grouping for publc access (accessible by visitors), semi-private (assigned to office workers which makes up the majority of the space) and private (within an assigned exec rm).

my question:
under which grouping shall we include the kitchen sinks located in the cafeteria which serves everyone? can we put this in the semi-private user group - since this is the majority, or does it fall under a separate user group?
