Mike, Are you adding new hardscape or new parking to the site area of the addition? If you are then you should only include that area that is being added as being part of this credit and as the only hardscape on the site. The previously developed hardscape will not be counted at all, neither in the total hardscape area, or the area that has high albedo. If you are not adding new hardscape or new parking spaces, then you will not be able to pursue this credit.

Yes, we are adding new hardscape and new parking, all with high albedo concrete. I will only count those areas of new hardscape in the totals. Thanks, Jacob!
