That was my initial thought as well, but I think the disqualifying factor for that credit is that all the materials reused are retaining their original purpose/location.

Yes, it's C! Too big an addition for A, B, or E, F is a red herring and D is disqualified because the retained building is being used for its original purpose.Now, test your knowledge of early LEED and USGBC history.
