Janna, for MRp2, the prerequisite you've posted this question under, you don't need to document compliance at all—you simply need to have a policy in place.For MRc7, MRc8, and MRc9, you would need to collect some kind of documentation, but I think you could justify some kind of occupant-generated log system rather than receipts from a paid hauler. Perhaps a letter or something from the city confirming that this is how it's done would also help with the documentation package.
