Just to be clear, as we saying that multiple buildings must be registered separately- and, therefore, must pay separate registration and certification fees? This wil multiply the tracking and documentatin effort for many credits, especially materials credits. And, if you submit a campus as separate buildings in a block, is it best to slice the site up as well?

Joanna, multiple buildings must be registered separately, yes. I think you can use "campus credits" in a master project to get approval for some credits for multiple buildings—this may be of some help. In terms of slicing up the site, it should probably be divided in a logical way between buildings, but again, the campus guide has some guidance on this.If it's a really large project, the LEED Volume program might be cost-effective.
