Is the factory an occupied space? Ensure the project meets the Minimum Project Requirement that it should house at least 1 full time occupant. If so, this would probably be a LEED CI project for the tenant space fitout. As Erik correctly pointed out, the project has to comply with all prerequisites including EAp2. Remember this addresses only those systems installed by the tenant for occupant comfort within the CI space. The evaporative cooling system installed by the landlord would not be required to meet EAp2 but any additional system paid by your client would be stipulated. These may include fans, lighting retrofits, any pump added to the supply serving the space, a room heater or any other mechanical or electrical system installed during this project. Iterating Erik's point, the laundry equipment has to meet the energy star component of the prerequisite. Please read the prerequisite properly to ensure all the various sections are complied with.
